APPLICATION
JL 2123 is a phenol novolac resin can be blended with a wide variety of fillers such as fiber,asbestos,barytes,alumina,
metals in powder form,etc,it is used as a binder in the
production of friction materials where heat and wear resistance are required.
PROPERTIES
Melting Point 105～115℃
Cure time at 150℃ 60～100sec.
Hexamine 8.5～10％
Free Phenol <4％
Screen analysis(200 mesh passed) 99％
STORAGE
The resin should be usable for at least 6 months if kept in sealed containers under cool,dry conditions.
