RESIN TYPE
It is a thermosetting one - stop phenolic resin modified with cashew nut shell liquid and nitride elastomer.
APPLICATION
JL 2185 is used as a binder in brake linings or brake shoes. It has to enable to increase wear resisitance and flexibility of brake linings.
PROPERTIES
Dry matter content 72～76％
Viscosity at 25℃(No.4 cap) 800～1200sec.
STORAGE
The resin should be usable for at least 3 months if stored at a temperature below 20℃.
