RESIN TYPE
It is a thermosetting one - stop phenolic resin in alcoholic
solution.
APPLICATION
JL 2124 is used as a binder in wet mixter brake linings. Brake shoes or clutch facing production. It has to enable to increase wear resistance and flexibility of friction materials.
PROPERTIES
Dry matter content 50～55℃
Viscosity at 25℃(No.4 cap) 15～30sec.
Free Phenol <8％
STORAGE
The resin should be usable for at least 3 months if stored at a temperature below 20℃.
